Dr. Himali Patel is a Therapeutic Certified Optometrist specializing in the diagnosis and management of diseases of the eye. She performs routine care for eyeglasses, contact lenses, pediatric examinations, diabetic examinations, and ocular diseases and infections. Originally from Hattiesburg, MS, she attended Hattiesburg High School. In 2017, she graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry.
Dr. Patel received her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry in 2021. She completed her residency in Ocular Disease at the Tuscaloosa Veterans Affairs Medical Center in 2022. She is an active member of the Mississippi Optometric Association and American Optometric Association.
